Where to find your DSC number
It's printed along the bottom of your child's multi sheet. It starts with DSC_ and is followed by a few digits, like DSC_4821.
You'll be asked for it before you pay. Enter it exactly as printed so your digital images match the right photos and arrive without delay.
Questions from parents
How do I collect my photos?
Once you've paid, show your Square receipt to your centre, either on your phone or printed, and they'll hand over your photos.
Where do I find the DSC number?
It's printed along the bottom of your child's multi sheet and starts with DSC_. Enter the whole number at checkout so we can match your digital images to the right photos.
I have more than one child at the centre. How do I order?
At childcare, a sibling pack covers siblings at the same centre: a full pack for each child, plus a photo of them together. Otherwise, place a separate order for each child so every order has the right name and class.
How do I choose which sheets I get?
For packs where you choose, like the 1, 2 and 5 sheet packs or family portrait sheets, add the sheets or photos you'd like in the order note at checkout.
How will I receive digital images?
Digital images are sent using the contact details you enter at checkout. Including your DSC number avoids delays.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are handled by Square, so you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Is paying online secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Square. Your card details go straight to Square and are never shared with us.
